Felicity Woolsey
I am a professionally qualified Counsellor MBACP, and I've helped many people, and couples, overcome difficult and distressing problems. I specialise in providing one-to-one therapy as well as couples and family therapies, which is extremely effective for a wide range of problems by talking about thoughts, feelings and experiences in order to create positive change for a better quality of life. I also work with looking at gaining new strategies and coping skills.
What is Therapy?
Therapy can help you cope with many difficult problems in life. You may have had a traumatic experience or event, or you may be feeling very low or anxious, especially in the current economy, or you may have developed harmful behaviours. Therapy can be very effective with all these problems and more.
How does it work?
Initially, we will have a chat on the phone, with no obligation or cost, to discuss what help you are looking for and any concerns you might have. If we both feel that you would benefit from some therapy, we will arrange a mutually convenient day and time for your first session.
At the first session, I will explain what to expect from the session(s), along with the professional standards I work to.
